2. Companion & Service-Specific Responsibilities

Confidentiality & Data Handling: Self-employed companions must use official agency communication channels strictly for professional purposes and must handle client information in accordance with our Data Protection and GDPR Policy.

Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, account passwords, or access links provided by the agency.
3. Monitoring & System Integrity
We reserve the right to monitor access and traffic on our digital platforms to ensure system security, maintain operational integrity, and verify compliance with this policy and UK data protection laws.

4. Breach Notification & Enforcement
Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the terms governing your use of our platforms and services. In the event of a violation, we may take any of the following actions:
