No. We strictly provide non-medical companion support. Our companions do not administer or prompt medication, nor do they deliver personal care (such as bathing, dressing, or toileting).
Every companion undergoes a rigorous onboarding process, including an Enhanced DBS check (with Adults' Barred List checks), right-to-work verification, professional reference checks, and validation of Public Liability Insurance.
Yes. All independent companions registered with our agency maintain active Public Liability Insurance, and those offering transportation hold appropriate Business Use motor insurance.
We request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Visits cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice incur no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the full rate to fairly compensate your companion’s reserved time.To cancel or reschedule, simply notify us directly by phone or email as early as possible.
Your companion will inform you as soon as possible and offer a substitute companion from our pre-approved pool. If a suitable replacement cannot be arranged or you prefer to skip the visit, you will not be charged.
We assess the client’s interests, routine, location, and personality preferences to pair them with a fully vetted companion who shares similar hobbies and complements their lifestyle.
